안녕하세요, I'm Han.
I grew up in Daegu, South Korea, and have called Vienna home for 14 years. For more than six years I've taught Korean to learners of every age and level.
Again and again I met students who could read Korean well but froze the moment they had to speak. Short, regular calls are the simplest fix I know — so I started calling them.
Questions
How do the calls work — do I need a phone number?
You need WhatsApp or Zoom. At your booked time your teacher calls you with audio only. There's nothing to install beyond the app you already use.
What level do I need?
You should be able to read Hangul and say a few basic sentences. From there, topics and speed are matched to your level.
What if I miss a call or need to reschedule?
Reschedule up to 24 hours before and the call moves to another slot. Calls missed without notice can't be made up.
Which times are available?
Morning, lunch and evening slots on weekdays, in Vienna time (CET/CEST). We'll pick your fixed weekly times together after your free call.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel any month, and no payment details are needed for the free first call.
